This week we are reminded to appreciate and be grateful for what we have. Right now, you may not feel very grateful or don’t have many blessings to count. so, I encourage you to make a list of ten things you are grateful for. It doesn’t have to be special or grand things that you are grateful for. It can be the everyday things like; a place to live, clean water, fresh air and loved ones you are connected to. Whatever it is make sure it is sincere and from the heart. You own your thoughts and emotions, which means your moods and thoughts is how you see the world. So be happy and playful this week and get outside and have some fun and the world will seem like a better place.
