Life is an exchange of energy. It may be paying money for goods or services, helping someone out for a meal or in exchange for an object that you desired or someone critiquing your work. This week you are being encouraged to give and take energy equally. If you feel you are giving more than you are getting, it’s ok to say no. The key is to do whatever will raise your vibration. If you are being pressured and doing more than expected, it’s time to walk away from the situation no matter who it is. Make sure everything is equal l, or close enough to equal, and done with the best intentions from both sides.
