As we get closer to the end of this year and beginning of a new year, it’s time to reflect on what you have accomplished this year, what you didn’t work, and what surprises came your way. Make plans for what you would like to happen next year— not what others want you to accomplish, but what you want and what is best for you. Only you truly know what is best. Sit in meditation and journal what you comes to you. By relaxing, you will recharge your mind, body, and spirit. When you run low on energy, you will make decisions not in tune with your frequency, and it may take some time to get back on course. Know when to move forward and when to just float along. A change is coming, but it’s up to you how you respond to it.
